Oxair Relocates To Boost Productivity

Jan 24, 2022

Australian gas processing systems specialist Oxair has relocated to new headquarters in Perth. The move is part of a long-term strategy for the business to focus resources on reducing lead times on orders for all sizes of equipment.

Moving across town from its original premises in the Western Australia state capital the company, which has also doubled its workforce, says the new facility will enable it to improve productivity and efficiency and maintain maximum manufacturing capability.

Global demand for Oxair’s technology is growing, especially from hospitals for medical oxygen generators due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Speeding up delivery times for this equipment is vital for many parts of the world where there are still severe oxygen shortages leading to preventable deaths.

Oxair designs and manufactures bespoke and off-the-shelf oxygen and nitrogen Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) systems and desiccant heatless dryers. The company also produces pressure vessels, skid fabrication and process piping.

As well as supplying hospitals and healthcare facilities around the world with life-saving PSA oxygen systems, Oxair’s range of cost-effective technology also serves the mining, offshore, marine and livestock sectors in Europe, South America, Africa and South East Asia.
